OUR FEES FOR CANCELLING

LATE CANCELLATION, OR MISSED APPOINMENTS

​​​

It is unfortunate that we have to implement these terms, but it has become necessary to do so.

We only attend your property once you have given us the go ahead to do the work by booking a date with us. 

"unless otherwise stated previously" ​

A contractual agreement is considered to have been formed once you have accepted the quoted and made a booking date with us.

*NB: Once a booking has been accepted and/or agreed to by whichever method –

Email, Telephone, SMS, Social Media, WhatsApp or in Person –

a contractual agreement is considered to have been formed.

Upon cancellation of a booking you will become liable for the following cancellation charges:

1.     If the agreed date is no longer convenient for you, and you need to cancel

& would like to reschedule date,

Please Cancel or reschedule By Midday, on the day before the appointment

or on the Friday before, if your appointment is to take place on the Monday to avoid the fees. We are happy to rebook for a different date. No Fee

​

2.    If you are cancelling the booking date before the date in the diary

I.E After Midday the day before or over the weekend for Monday bookings

A £50.00 for the Booking fee (including VAT)

Made payable by bank transfer on the day of cancellation.

as a contractual agreement is considered to have been formed.

However Please Note That

3.    If you cancel your appointment at the Last-minute/(Same Day) 

Or If you Missed your Appointment,

(No answer / not there on arrival of us attending) 

you will be charged as a contractual agreement is considered to have been formed.

£60.00 Cancellation fee Plus a £30.00 for the Booking fee

(including VAT).Total £90.00

this will be for loss of costs and time.

Made payable by bank transfer on the day of cancellation.

 

4.    If we call and you the change your mind after measurement have been taken you will be invoiced for the £90.00 as above.

 

5.   If we have called at your property and have the materials to do the job at hand and you cancel

On the doorstep/(your home) for any reason you will need to pay the amount was sent to you by email that day;

this will be for loss of costs and time.

6.    On the day of the visit we need a decision maker aged 18 years+

That will need to be present throughout the appointment, as we will not be able to carry out any work & you will be liable for the charge

This will also delay the start of the service.

In most cases, our fitter's work is finished within an hour of their arrival.

If they arrive towards the end of the appointment slot,

you’ll need to be there until the work has been completed.

​

To help us work safely on the day, please move any furniture or other hazards from the area

and to ensure any children or pets are kept away for the area until the installation is complete

(even if your pets are friendly).

Our Fitters are working with Glass and Power Tools and other such tools.

 

We will always try to amiably sort out any issues that may accrue.

We will terminate any job wear  the customer becomes Verbal (raising their voice) or Aggressive or threatened to us.

Payment for that day will be required in full, this will be for loss of costs and time..

This is set out in the email on the morning of the visit to your property.
